Import of parts of seats to Namibia increases in 2016

Consumer goods import increased sharply by 66.49% in comparison with the previous year, adjusted statistics from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. Consumer goods import strongly rose from 135 523 US Dollar in 2015 to 225 636 US Dollar prior year, contrarily to the previous year when it fell by 49.92 percent. Namibia saw an increase of 676.13% in consumer goods import over the past 17 years. Likewise, the consumer goods import is now higher than its average which equals 112 289.47 US Dollar and the variable highlights a slight overall rise since the start of observations. It attained its all-time high of 270 587 US Dollar in 2014 and record low of 17 881 US Dollar in 2003.
