Export of transmissions for motor vehicles from Dominican Republic falls in 2016

According to updated statistics published by United Nations Statistical Office, vehicle export dropped strongly by 50.11 percent in 2016. The indicator went down greatly from 14 787 kilogram in 2015 to 7 377 kilogram previous year, compared with the prior year when it rose by 622.02%. The overall changes for the previous 14 years reached an increase of 31 973.91%. Furthermore, it has had a 0.23% average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the 2003. It averaged 5 343.64 kilogram from 2003 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 26 656 kilogram in 2013 and record low of 23 kilogram in 2003.
