Export of scissors, tailors shears and blades thereof from Malaysia: Diminution in 2017

According to adjusted figures presented by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison with the previous year the indicator barely fell by 3.56%. The variable went down negligibly from 44 177 kilogram in 2016 to 42 606.22 kilogram prior year, contrarily to the previous year when it rose by 21.89 percent. Malaysia saw a growth of 1 608.35% in consumer goods export during the last 18 years. Besides, it has had a rise at a 0.01 percent compound annual growth rate during the last five years with a slight overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 33 724.23 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 78 808 kilogram in 2008 and record low of 1 792 kilogram in 2001.
