Export of dried apricots from Luxembourg: Drop in 2016

Apricots export went down by 29.5% in comparison with the previous year, according to statistics published by United Nations Statistical Office. Apricots export fell by 966 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it dropped by 42.64 percent. Luxembourg saw a growth of 162.68% in apricots export during the last 18 years. Still it has attained a negative CAGR of 0.26% over the five years with a negligible overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 3 892.17 kilogram from 1999 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 10 216 kilogram in 2012 and record low of 495 kilogram in 2001.
