Export of urea including aqueous solution from Costa Rica: Decrease in 2017

Fertilizer export greatly dropped by 72.5% in 2017, according to data published by United Nations Statistical Office. The indicator strongly fell by 3 894 980.43 kilogram, in contrast to the prior year when it rose by 222.29 percent. The overall changes for the previous 24 years reached an increase of 58.31%. However, it has attained a drop at a 0.2 percent compound annual growth rate during the last five years with a modest overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 4 994 021.52 kilogram from 1994 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 32 067 340 kilogram in 1996 and record low of 893 493 kilogram in 2009.
