Hybrid electric vehicle registrations in Ireland: Fall in Q2 of 2018

In 2nd quarter 2018 electric vehicle registration sharply went down by 79.01%, according to adjusted data presented by European Automobile Manufacturers' Association. The indicator diminished greatly from 3 893 to 817, contrarily to the previous quarter when it grew by 4 178.02%. In Q2 2017, the variable dropped by -78.37% and reached 511 number. This indicates a 59.88 percent fluctuation between Q2 2017 and the same quarter the year after. Ireland saw a growth of 51.02% in electric vehicle registration over the past 4 years. Besides, the electric vehicle registration is now bigger than its average which equals 781.78 with a marginal overall raise since the start of observations.
