Hybrid electric vehicle registrations in Ireland declines in Q4 of 2017

European Automobile Manufacturers' Association published that compared to Q3 2017 the indicator greatly fell by 93.81 percent. Electric vehicle registration diminished sharply from 1 470 to 91, compared with the previous quarter when it increased by 187.67%. One year earlier, the variable was dropping by -98.46% and reached 13 number in Q4. In short, the indicator was 600 percent higher in Q4 2016 than in Q4 of the year after. Ireland saw a fall of 83.18% in electric vehicle registration during the last 3 years. As well as the electric vehicle registration is now below average of 585.13 with a slight overall growth since the 2014. It attained its all-time high of 2 363 in Q1 of 2017 and record low of 13 in Q4 of 2016.
