Import of inactive yeasts and other dead single-cell micro-organisms to Czech Republic goes up in 2017

European Commission published that compared with the previous year the indicator climbed barely by 2.18 percent. It's new all-time peak since 2001 as bakery yeast import rose slightly by 190 330 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it increased by 3.3%. The overall changes for the previous 17 years reached a rise of 1 034.99%. Moreover, it has had the average annual growth rate of 0.13% over the last 5 years with a negligible overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 3 450 180.59 Euro from 2001 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 787 570 Euro in 2001.
