Export of boring-milling machines for removing metal not numerically controlled from Namibia: Diminution in 2016

Industrial equipment export went down by 23.9 percent in comparison to the previous year, according to revised statistics published by United Nations Statistical Office. Industrial equipment export dropped from 12 000 kilogram in 2015 to 9 132 kilogram prior year, contrarily to the previous year when it grew by 40.61 percent. Namibia saw a growth of 17 805.88% in industrial equipment export over the past 16 years. Besides, it has had an increase at a 0.37 percent average annual growth rate during the last five years with a modest overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 4 254.75 kilogram from 2001 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 18 225 kilogram in 2011 and record low of 1 kilogram in 2003.
