Natural gas stock change in Lithuania: Rise in April 2018

According to refreshed statistics presented by JODI Data, in April 2018 the variable greatly grew by 144.85%. Natural gas stock increased sharply by 26.07 million cubic meters, versus the previous month when it dropped by 158.06 percent. In April of the year before, the indicator decreased by -400 percent and hit -75 million cubic meters. When considering the year-on-year picture, a -158.76 percent drop can be established between April 2017 and the same month in 2018. The overall changes for the prior 4 years reached a decrease of 4 507%. As well as the natural gas stock is now above average of 1.81 million cubic meters with a overall decline since the start of time series. It attained its all-time high of 89 million cubic meters in November 2016 and record low of -77 million cubic meters in January 2017.
