Export of dried onions from Australia rises in 2016

According to figures issued by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison to the prior year the variable strongly rose by 364.39%. The indicator grew sharply from 44 252 kilogram to 205 503 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 16.58%. It's the highest ever established since 1988. Australia saw a growth of 996.07% in onions export during the last 29 years. Moreover, it has had the compound annual growth rate of 0.13 percent over the five years with a slight overall increase since the 1988. It averaged 61 628.79 kilogram from 1988 to 2016 and it hit its minimum of 3 946 kilogram in 2005.
