Import of yarn of synthetic staple fibres not packaged for retail sale to Ireland goes down in 2017

The variable greatly diminished by 48.48 percent in comparison to the prior year, new data from European Commission pinpoint. Yarn import declined sharply from 353 270 Euro in 2016 to 182 010 Euro previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it decreased by 14.51%. Ireland saw a drop of 96.88% in yarn import during the last 23 years. It averaged 1 297 383.91 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 5 836 240 Euro in 1995 and record low of 106 900 Euro in 2011.
