Naphtha export in Philippines: Fall in May 2018

According to updated numbers published by JODI Data, the indicator greatly went down by 69.89 percent in comparison to the prior month. The variable declined strongly by 176.4 thousand barrels, as it follows the tendency of the previous month when it decreased by 17.49%. The same month one year earlier, the indicator climbed by 100% and reached 244 thousand barrels. When looking at the year-on-year setting, a -68.85% diminution can be announced between May 2017 and the same month the year after. The overall changes for the prior 9 years attained a rise of 63.8%. Besides, the naphtha export is now below average of 135.17 thousand barrels with a overall increase since the start of observations. It hit its all-time high of 408.66 thousand barrels in April 2016 and record low of 30 thousand barrels in February 2018.
