Import of iron or non-alloy steel wire containing 0,25% - 0,6% of carbon to Czech Republic decreases in 2017

According to updated statistics announced by European Commission, compared with the prior year building materials import decreased by 22.13%. The indicator went down by 1 020 900 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 10.48%. Czech Republic saw a rise of 132.7% in building materials import during the last 17 years. Still it has had a fall at a 0.11 percent average annual growth rate over the five years with a negligible overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 4 287 635.29 kilogram from 2001 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 7 000 600 kilogram in 2012 and record low of 1 543 400 kilogram in 2001.
