Palm oil consumption in Oman grows in 2017

According to new figures released by U.S. Department of Agriculture, in comparison to the same time a year ago palm oil consumption rose by 9.09%. It reveals the all-time maximum since 1986 as the variable climbed by 5 thousand tonnes, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it increased by 10 percent. The overall changes for the previous 32 years reached a rise of 445.45%. As well as it has had the average annual growth rate of 0.13 percent over the last 5 years with a overall raise since the 1986. It averaged 29.5 thousand tonnes from 1986 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 6 thousand tonnes in 2005.
