Sold production of frozen hams, shoulders and cuts of pig meat in Italy goes up in 2017

The variable went up by 7.05 percent compared with 2016, according to figures issued by European Commission. Pig meat sold production increased from 16 245 000 Euro in 2016 to 17 390 000 Euro previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 37.56%. The overall changes for the previous 23 years hit a growth of 2 058.69%. Moreover, it has attained a 0.1 percent CAGR over the 5 years with a modest overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 14 047 146.22 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 25 917 356 Euro in 2002 and record low of 557 949 Euro in 1996.
