Import of semi-chemical pulps of other fibrous material to Singapore: Raise in 2016

According to adjusted figures released by United Nations Statistical Office, the variable went up greatly by 109.21% in comparison to the previous year. The indicator sharply rose by 978 165 US Dollar, contrarily to the prior year when it declined by 55.83 percent. Singapore saw a rise of 22 247.84% in wood pulp import during the last 28 years. Moreover, it has shown the average annual growth rate of 0.72 percent during the last five years with a modest overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 433 888.18 US Dollar from 1989 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 2 555 079 US Dollar in 2008 and record low of 427 US Dollar in 1995.
