Export of registers, account books, note books and diaries from Senegal drops in 2016

The indicator fell strongly by 81.32% in comparison to the prior year, according to updated statistics announced by United Nations Statistical Office. Consumer goods export greatly dropped from 28 425 kilogram in 2015 to 5 309 kilogram previous year, in contrast to the prior year when it grew by 247.79%. Senegal saw a raise of 49.05% in consumer goods export over the past 21 years. Still it has attained a decrease at a 0.37% average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a modest overall drop since the start of observations. It averaged 25 950.05 kilogram from 1996 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 88 142 kilogram in 2004 and record low of 1 563 kilogram in 1997.
