Sold production of polyethylene glycols and other polyether alcohols in primary forms in Belgium: Fall in 2017

According to data published by European Commission, in comparison to the previous year polyethylene glycol sold production hardly declined by 4.6%. Polyethylene glycol sold production dropped slightly by 9 800 576 kilogram, in contrast to the prior year when it went up by 4.06%. The overall changes for the previous 12 years reached a decrease of 30.68%. Moreover, it has attained a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.03 percent over the last five years with a modest overall fall since the start of observations. It averaged 240 674 206.67 kilogram from 2006 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 327 921 376 kilogram in 2008 and record low of 187 851 760 kilogram in 2014.
