Sold production of egg albumin in Germany: Diminution in 2017

According to statistics announced by European Commission, food ingredient sold production fell by 14.66% compared to the previous year. Food ingredient sold production declined from 28 634 996 Euro in 2016 to 24 438 232 Euro prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it dropped by 28.88 percent. The overall changes for the prior 23 years hit a rise of 98.92%. Still it has shown a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.03% during the last 5 years with a marginal overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 21 515 410.74 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 40 262 520 Euro in 2015 and record low of 12 285 730 Euro in 1995.
