Import of cold-rolled narrow strip and cold-rolled slit strip of non-alloy and alloy steel to Slovakia: Rise in 2017

European Commission announced that compared to the previous year building materials import went up by 29.01%. It displays the all-time peak since 2003 as the indicator increased from 49 547 232 Euro to 63 922 580 Euro, contrarily to the prior year when it fell by 14.24%. Slovakia saw a raise of 426.95% in building materials import over the past 15 years. Furthermore, it has had a 0.02 percent average annual growth rate over the five years with a marginal overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 38 746 589.73 Euro from 2003 to 2017 and it attained its minimum of 12 130 700 Euro in 2003.
