Fuel oil demand in Australia: Decline in April 2018

JODI Data published that the indicator went down barely by 3.81 percent in April 2018. Fuel oil demand diminished slightly by 26.64 thousand barrels, contrarily to the prior month when it rose by 2.94 percent. The year before, the variable was falling by -27.88 percent and hit 499.5 thousand barrels the same month one year earlier. Between April 2017 and the same month the year after, the data illustrate a 34.67 percent change. The overall changes for the previous 16 years reached a fall of 33.11%. Besides, the fuel oil demand is now above average of 644.22 thousand barrels with a moderate overall drop since the start of observations. It attained its all-time high of 1 878.12 thousand barrels in February 2002 and record low of 246.42 thousand barrels in December 2012.
