Import of ammonium nitrate to Uganda climbs in 2015

In comparison to the prior year fertilizer import rose by 18.95%, according to refreshed data announced by United Nations Statistical Office. The indicator went up from 1 131 140 kilogram to 1 345 500 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 126.97 percent. Uganda saw a raise of 2 821.82% in fertilizer import during the last 22 years. Still it has attained a decline at a 0.09% compound average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a negligible overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 1 210 951.36 kilogram from 1994 to 2015 and it hit its all-time high of 15 077 123 kilogram in 2008 and record low of 105 kilogram in 1999.
