Import of women's or girls' waistcoats, anoraks, ski-jackets, wind-cheaters, wind-jackets of knitted or crocheted textiles to Ireland grows in 2017

Women's clothing import went up by 19.91 percent compared with the previous year, updated statistics from European Commission highlight. Women's clothing import increased from 8 881 150 Euro to 10 649 230 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 9.93 percent. The overall changes for the prior 23 years attained a rise of 1 748.21%. Moreover, it has shown a 0.08 percent average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a modest overall increase since the 1995. It averaged 6 053 393.04 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 11 389 590 Euro in 2002 and record low of 576 190 Euro in 1995.
