Import of felt tipped, other porous-tipped pens and markers to Malta increases in 2016

According to new numbers presented by United Nations Statistical Office, consumer goods import climbed by 17.82% compared to the previous year. The indicator went up by 138 517, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 18.82%. The overall changes for the previous 22 years attained an increase of 42.42%. Moreover, it has attained a 0.06% compound average annual growth rate over the last five years with a negligible overall diminution since the start of time series. It averaged 739 877.23 from 1995 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 1 818 809 in 1996 and record low of 455 586 in 2008.
