Export of hard rubber from Ethiopia: Fall in 2016

Export of hard rubber decreased by 29.16 percent in 2016, according to updated figures released by United Nations Statistical Office. The variable fell by 451 950 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it declined by 2.24 percent. Ethiopia saw an increase of 109 774 900% in export of hard rubber during the last 10 years. Though, it has shown a negative average annual growth rate of 0.06 percent during the last five years with a marginal overall growth since the 2007. It averaged 1 004 067.1 kilogram from 2007 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 1 585 254 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 1 kilogram in 2007.
