Household domestic tourism consumption of education services in Australia: Diminution in 2017

The variable hardly fell by 1.15% in 2017, refreshed figures from Australian National Statistical Office reveal. Tourism consumption went down barely from 260 million Australian Dollars in 2016 to 257 million Australian Dollars prior year, versus the previous year when it rose by 9.24%. Australia saw an increase of 192.05% in tourism consumption during the last 20 years. As well as it has shown the average annual growth rate of 0.04% over the 5 years with a negligible overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 145.7 million Australian Dollars from 1998 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 260 million Australian Dollars in 2016 and record low of 78 million Australian Dollars in 2002.
