Export of made up fishing nets of manmade textile materials from Mauritius: Increase in 2016

In comparison to the previous year textile export grew by 27.25 percent, according to adjusted numbers presented by United Nations Statistical Office. Textile export rose by 1 569 kilogram, contrarily to the prior year when it went down by 75.53 percent. The overall changes for the previous 19 years reached an increase of 15 164.58%. However, it has attained a decline at a 0.35 percent CAGR over the last five years with a modest overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 17 402.21 kilogram from 1998 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 71 465 kilogram in 2006 and record low of 48 kilogram in 1998.
