Fuel oil import in France: Decline in June 2018

JODI Data reported that fuel oil import dropped sharply by 45.6% compared to the previous month. Fuel oil import greatly declined from 443 thousand tonnes to 241 thousand tonnes, in comparison with the prior month when it went up by 14.77 percent. The same month one year earlier, the indicator grew by 18.05% and attained 314 thousand tonnes. To sum up, the variable was -23.25 percent smaller in June 2017 than in the same month the year after. France saw a raise of 4.33% in fuel oil import during the last 16 years. Likewise, the fuel oil import is now smaller than its average which equals 402.03 thousand tonnes with a overall growth since the 2002. It hit its all-time high of 897 thousand tonnes in March 2008 and record low of 65 thousand tonnes in January 2003.
