Export of prepared or preserved swine hams and cuts thereof from Canada: Decline in 2017

In comparison to the previous year the indicator fell hardly by 1.54 percent, refreshed figures from United Nations Statistical Office illustrate. Processed pork export negligibly dropped by 115 012 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it declined by 7.68%. The overall changes for the previous 29 years hit an increase of 181.67%. However, it has had a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.02 percent during the last 5 years with a modest overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 12 860 055.79 kilogram from 1989 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 24 974 944 kilogram in 2003 and record low of 2 609 519 kilogram in 1989.
