Natural gas production in Philippines falls in June 2018

According to statistics presented by JODI Data, the variable decreased by 14.68 percent compared to May 2018. Natural gas production dropped by 2 248 terajoule, in contrast to the previous month when it went up by 18.53%. One year earlier, this shift reached -4.42 percent and the natural gas production hit 13 891 terajoule the same month one year earlier. This pinpoints a -5.98 percent variation between June 2017 and June of the year after. Philippines saw an increase of 34.82% in natural gas production during the last 9 years. Moreover, the natural gas production is now bigger than its average which equals 12 176.62 terajoule with a strong overall rise since the 2009. It attained its all-time high of 15 309 terajoule in May 2018 and record low of 3 058 terajoule in November 2013.
