Sold production of chocolate and other food preparations containing cocoa in Lithuania falls in 2016

In comparison with the prior year the indicator greatly dropped by 70.33 percent, revised numbers from European Commission reveal. Cocoa processed sold production fell strongly by 2 340 kilogram, in contrast to the previous year when it climbed by 37.76%. It pinpoints the all-time minimum since 2008. Lithuania saw a decrease of 86.35% in cocoa processed sold production during the last 9 years. Furthermore, it has attained a fall at a 0.28% compound annual growth rate over the last 5 years with a slight overall diminution since the start of time series. It averaged 4 617.78 kilogram from 2008 to 2016 and it attained its maximum of 11 331 kilogram in 2009.
