Export of nuts of iron or steel from Honduras goes down in 2016

Metal products export went down greatly by 75.19% compared to the previous year, according to figures issued by United Nations Statistical Office. Metal products export sharply dropped from 5 735 kilogram in 2015 to 1 423 kilogram prior year, versus the previous year when it grew by 310.23 percent. Honduras saw a decrease of 65.39% in metal products export over the past 21 years. Furthermore, it has shown a 0.39% compound average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a slight overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 944.52 kilogram from 1996 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 5 735 kilogram in 2015 and record low of 1 kilogram in 1997.
