Import of tomato ketchup and other tomato sauces to Algeria decreases in 2017

In comparison with the prior year tomato ketchup import sharply diminished by 45.64 percent, revised data from United Nations Statistical Office show. The indicator greatly declined from 1 210 985 US Dollar in 2016 to 658 324.25 US Dollar previous year, contrarily to the prior year when it went up by 13.5 percent. The overall changes for the previous 26 years reached a rise of 8 894.73%. Though, it has shown a negative average annual growth rate of 0.14 percent over the five years with a negligible overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 398 960.36 US Dollar from 1992 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 1 394 292 US Dollar in 2013 and record low of 2 085 US Dollar in 1993.
