Import of soya bean flour or meal to Hong Kong goes down in 2017

Soya bean flour import sharply dropped by 32.25% compared with the previous year, refreshed data from United Nations Statistical Office show. Soya bean flour import diminished greatly by 136 702 kilogram, in comparison with the prior year when it grew by 72.02%. The overall changes for the previous 25 years reached a growth of 102.04%. Still it has had a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.12% during the last five years with a negligible overall diminution since the start of time series. It averaged 2 068 713.6 kilogram from 1993 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 4 853 756 kilogram in 2000 and record low of 142 121 kilogram in 1993.
