Household expenditure on chests of drawers in Japan: Decline in 2016

Japan National Statistical Office reported that compared to the same time a year ago the variable declined by 8.91%. Household expenditure on chests of drawers diminished from 505 Japanese Yen in 2015 to 460 Japanese Yen prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 17.08 percent. Japan saw a diminution of 72.73% in household expenditure on chests of drawers over the past 14 years. Furthermore, the household expenditure on chests of drawers is now smaller than its average which equals 806.14 Japanese Yen and the indicator illustrates a modest overall drop since the 2003. It reached its all-time high of 1 687 Japanese Yen in 2003 and record low of 426 Japanese Yen in 2013.
