Fuel oil consumption in processing of food from agricultural products in China drops in 2015

China National Statistical Office reported that in comparison to the previous year the variable declined sharply by 35.74 percent. It hit its 16-year minimum as fuel oil consumption strongly fell by 0.99 ten thousand metric ton, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it decreased by 32.44 percent. China saw a decline of 86.64% in fuel oil consumption during the last 16 years. Moreover, it has attained a diminution at a 0.23 percent CAGR during the last five years with a overall decrease since the start of observations. It averaged 8.43 ten thousand metric ton from 2000 to 2015 and it reached its maximum of 13.32 ten thousand metric ton in 2000.
