Sold production of medicaments of alkaloids or derivatives thereof packaged for retail sale in Lithuania: Increase in 2017

The variable negligibly went up by 3.39 percent in comparison to the prior year, adjusted numbers from European Commission reveal. Alkaloid sold production rose slightly by 6 000 Euro, in contrast to the previous year when it diminished by 70.89 percent. Lithuania saw a drop of 48.71% in alkaloid sold production over the past 13 years. Moreover, it has attained a negative CAGR of 0.2 percent over the last five years with a slight overall growth since the 2005. It averaged 300 207 Euro from 2005 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 608 000 Euro in 2015 and record low of 21 432 Euro in 2009.
