Import of yarn of synthetic staple fibres packaged for retail sale to Lithuania: Raise in 2017

According to new data published by European Commission, the indicator climbed strongly by 69.74% compared to one year earlier. Yarn import greatly rose by 18 900 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it increased by 58.48%. The overall changes for the prior 10 years attained a raise of 35.69%. As well as it has had a rise at a 0.06% average annual growth rate over the five years with a marginal overall drop since the start of time series. It averaged 34 030 kilogram from 2008 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 52 700 kilogram in 2011 and record low of 17 100 kilogram in 2015.
