Export of bran, sharps and other residues from the sifting, milling or other working of rice from France rises in 2017

According to updated data published by European Commission, in comparison to the previous year the variable rose by 10.95 percent. Food waste export increased by 115 940 Euro, contrarily to the prior year when it diminished by 21.25%. France saw an increase of 94.69% in food waste export over the past 23 years. Still it has shown a negative average annual growth rate of 0.1% over the last five years with a marginal overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 861 360.43 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 2 019 810 Euro in 2013 and record low of 410 050 Euro in 2008.
