Import of flour or meal of dried legumes to Bulgaria decreases in 2017

Dried legumes import went down by 13.45% compared with the previous year, revised data from United Nations Statistical Office illustrate. The variable decreased from 6 550 kilogram in 2016 to 5 669 kilogram prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 36.41%. The overall changes for the prior 20 years attained a growth of 11 238%. However, it has had a diminution at a 0.3% compound average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 17 733.75 kilogram from 1998 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 109 768 kilogram in 2009 and record low of 50 kilogram in 1998.
