Export of upholstered seats with wooden frames from Namibia: Decrease in 2016

Compared to the previous year the variable sharply fell by 69.43 percent, updated figures from United Nations Statistical Office reveal. Consumer goods export strongly diminished by 1 399, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went down by 83.4%. Namibia saw an increase of 224.21% in consumer goods export during the last 17 years. However, it has attained a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.39% during the last 5 years with a marginal overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 7 818.06 from 2000 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 16 446 in 2006 and record low of 185 in 2001.
