Export of parts for hats and headgear from Australia: Decrease in 2016

According to data presented by United Nations Statistical Office, hat export went down sharply by 74.35% compared to the previous year. It reveals the all-time low since 1988 as the indicator decreased greatly from 60 640 kilogram to 15 553 kilogram, compared with the prior year when it went up by 88.06%. Australia saw a decline of 52.45% in hat export during the last 29 years. Besides, it has had a negative average annual growth rate of 0.13% over the 5 years with a slight overall fall since the start of observations. It averaged 101 010.28 kilogram from 1988 to 2016 and it attained its maximum of 355 688 kilogram in 2000.
