Import of heterocyclic compounds with n-hetero-atom (s) only to Belgium declines in 2017

According to new figures issued by United Nations Statistical Office, organic chemicals import strongly diminished by 51.53% compared with the previous year. The variable sharply decreased from 2 892 741 632 US Dollar in 2016 to 1 402 170 368 US Dollar prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it dropped by 16.84%. Belgium saw a raise of 317.78% in organic chemicals import during the last 19 years. Though, it has shown a drop at a 0.13 percent compound average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a modest overall rise since the 1999. It averaged 3 379 504 368.84 US Dollar from 1999 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 6 728 491 520 US Dollar in 2011 and record low of 335 624 608 US Dollar in 1999.
