Primary refined lead production in Argentina: Diminution in 2014

According to refreshed statistics released by U.S. Geological Survey, in comparison with the previous year the variable went down by 13.04%. The indicator fell from 13 800 metric ton in 2013 to 12 000 metric ton prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it decreased by 16.08%. Argentina saw a raise of 3 900% in lead production during the last 17 years. Still it has attained a drop at a 0.03% compound annual growth rate over the five years with a modest overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 10 604.12 metric ton from 1998 to 2014 and it attained its all-time high of 16 445 metric ton in 2012 and record low of 300 metric ton in 1998.
