Re-export of twill cotton of yarns of different colours containing more than 85% by weight of cotton weighing less than 200 g/m2 from Moldova: Decline in 2017

According to adjusted statistics issued by United Nations Statistical Office, the variable went down barely by 0.15 percent compared with the prior year. Cotton export negligibly dropped from 10 387 US Dollar to 10 371 US Dollar, in contrast to the previous year when it went up by 225.71%. Moldova saw a growth of 580.96% in cotton export during the last 17 years. Though, it has had a diminution at a 0.12 percent compound annual growth rate during the 5 years with a marginal overall drop since the start of time series. It averaged 10 978.59 US Dollar from 2001 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 62 869 US Dollar in 2009 and record low of 1 523 US Dollar in 2001.
