Export of waste or scrap containing gold as sole precious metal from Turkey: Rise in 2016

Compared with the prior year the variable grew sharply by 42.03%, new figures from United Nations Statistical Office illustrate. Gold export went up strongly from 590 kilogram to 838 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 141.8 percent. The overall changes for the prior 27 years attained a rise of 83 700%. Furthermore, it has shown a raise at a 0.1 percent compound average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a modest overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 322.63 kilogram from 1990 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 1 360 kilogram in 2011 and record low of 1 kilogram in 1990.
