New vehicles registrations in Iceland: Raise in 2017

OICA announced that in comparison with the prior year vehicle registration increased by 16.03%. Vehicle registration climbed from 20 735 to 24 059, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it rose by 32.87%. It's new all-time peak since 2005. Iceland saw an increase of 15.28% in vehicle registration during the last 13 years. Besides, it has attained a 0.25% compound annual growth rate during the five years with a marginal overall raise since the 2005. It averaged 13 065.15 from 2005 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 2 471 in 2009.
