Import of not agglomerated lignite to Egypt decreases in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office reported that the indicator declined by 23.77% in 2017. The variable fell by 15 515.92 US Dollar, versus the prior year when it increased by 16.25 percent. Egypt saw a growth of 4 553.61% in lignite import during the last 18 years. Likewise, it has had the compound average annual growth rate of 0.17 percent during the five years with a negligible overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 35 073.45 US Dollar from 2000 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 113 185 US Dollar in 2009 and record low of 349 US Dollar in 2001.
