Export of newspapers, journals and periodicals with more than 3 issues per week from Indonesia goes down in 2017

The indicator sharply dropped by 78.67 percent in comparison with the prior year, refreshed data from United Nations Statistical Office reveal. The variable went down greatly from 26 520 kilogram to 5 657.43 kilogram, in contrast to the previous year when it increased by 3.11%. Indonesia saw a raise of 72.12% in newspapers export during the last 29 years. However, it has attained a decline at a 0.3 percent average annual growth rate over the last five years with a modest overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 92 366.46 kilogram from 1989 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 1 015 403 kilogram in 1999 and record low of 49 kilogram in 1990.
