Export of yarn of synthetic staple fibres not packaged for retail sale from Ireland: Diminution in 2017

European Commission published that in comparison to the previous year the indicator fell by 16.25%. Yarn export dropped by 568 940 Euro, in contrast to the prior year when it rose by 2.11 percent. The overall changes for the previous 23 years reached a drop of 45.68%. Furthermore, it has shown a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.03 percent during the 5 years with a modest overall decline since the start of observations. It averaged 2 557 016.96 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 6 011 360 Euro in 1997 and record low of 19 360 Euro in 2003.
